WHAT DOES EASYNOA OFFER?

EasyNOA offers all CRA Documents that are available within a client’s CRA account.  This includes Notice of Assessments and T slips such as T4’s, Old Age Security and Canada Pension Plan. This also includes Child Tax Notices, RRSP/TFSA documents and more.

We also have access to Non-CRA documents such as title searches, corporate searches, and property tax certificates.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT DOES EASYNOA TAKE?

We currently accept payment by credit card including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

WHAT AM I SIGNING?

You are signing a consent and authorization request form, required by the Canada Revenue Agency. This provides the authorization that EasyNOA needs to access your tax documents.

WHAT IS AN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST FORM?

This consent form allows EasyNOA to temporarily view your account and access your CRA documents. We have READ ONLY access and cannot modify your information in any way.

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF USING EASYNOA?

EasyNOA will obtain immediate access to your CRA account.  If you don’t have a ‘My Account’ with the CRA, it takes up to 10 business days for you to acquire access to your CRA Documents.  With EasyNOA, it can take mere minutes to get the CRA Documents that you need.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY CRA DOCUMENTS?

EasyNOA emails your requested documents in PDF format.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR CRA DOCUMENTS?

EasyNOA provides unlimited Standard Package CRA documents for only $27.95 + GST/order.

HOW SECURE IS EASYNOA?

EasyNOA uses SSL encryption and secure payment processing to keep you safe.  We never keep any credit card information, unless you request us to do so.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I RECEIVE MY DOCUMENTS?

EasyNOA guarantees a 24 hour turn around.  But honestly, if you provide a signed Authorization Request Form and payment, we will probably have your CRA documents ready within 4 business hours!

HOW DO I PLAE A CRA DOCUMENT ORDER AND SIGN ELECTRONICALLY?

  • Visit our order page
  • Choose the option applicable: if you are a Mortgage Broker or Professional ordering for your client, or if you are an individual ordering for yourself
  • Fill out the required information on the order page and complete payment
  • You or your client will then receive a consent form through SignNow. Please complete and sign the consent form, using your computer, tablet or phone. We need this on file before we can retrieve your documents.
  • Once we receive the completed form, our experts will retrieve the requested documents within 24 hours, GUARANTEED!

WHAT IF MYSELF OR MY CLIENTS LIKE PEN AND PAPER?

Please place the order online at EasyNOA.ca and disregard the invite to sign the Authorization Request Form.  Simply fill out the Authorization Request Form, scan and email it to us at orders@EasyNOA.ca.

I HAVE AN ERROR SHOWING ON MY CREDIT BUREAU WITH EQUIFAX OR TRANSUNION. CAN YOU HELP ME RESOLVE THIS?

Absolutely! We can help with Equifax and Transunion Consumer Disputes.  In order for us to help, you must have documentation to support your claim.  You can place your inquiry through NON-CRA Documents to order your Equifax and Transunion Consumer disputes.

WHAT NON-CRA DOCUMENTS DOES EASYNOA OFFER?

IF I CANCEL AN ORDER WILL I GET A REFUND?

If you must cancel an order, advise us within 72 hours and we will issue a refund. However, it is expected that once an order is placed, it will be followed through to completion. If one cancels more than 3 times, a partial refund will be issued to cover administration costs incurred.

IF I CANCEL AN ORDER CAN I USE THAT AS A CREDIT FOR ANOTHER ORDER?

No. We can not transfer a placed order. If you need to cancel an order please refer to our cancellation policy.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED?

If your order has been fulfilled and you require additional documents, you will need to place a new order. We provide unlimited standard package documents per order.

WHAT ARE THE MOST COMMON ERRORS EASYNOA ENCOUNTERS WHEN FULFILLING AN ORDER FOR CRA DOCUMENTS?

First and last name errors are the most common error we encounter. Please ensure that your client is inputting the correct first and last name on their consent form. This needs to be the name used in correspondence with Canada Revenue Agency.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE?

  • When making the initial order, be sure the correct email address has been noted for your client. This is where the Authorization Request Form will be emailed to
  • Please have your client check their JUNK folder
  • If you are having your client fill out a PDF in your office, please ensure it is the correct and current form for EasyNOA

WHAT ARE THE MOST COMMON ERRORS EASYNOA ENCOUNTERS WHEN FULFILLING AN ORDER NON-CRA DOCUMENTS?

  • Property Taxes
    • When ordering, let us know if you need confirmation of the property tax amount only OR if you also need confirmation that the taxes are current and paid to date
  • Title Searches
    • The more information that you can provide us the better
    • If you have the legal description that can be helpful
    • If there are specific items you are wanting, such as deleted charges, let us know

DOES EASYNOA HAVE AUTHORIZATION TO ACCESS MY CRA ACCOUNT INDEFINITELY?

  • EasyNOA’s access to your account will expire 14 days after your order is processed
  • If you would like to us to have authorization for a longer or shorter period of time, please indicate on your consent form in the Expiry Date field
